Ingredients
-
Double cream (heavy cream) You want to use double cream for this recipe, avoid using single cream!
-
Sweetened condensed milk Adds sweetness and helps create that creamy base. I either use carnations or aldis (supermarket) own, both work very well!
-
Hazelnut Cream I like to add hazelnut spread into the mixture to give it more of a kinder flavour.
-
Kinder chocolate bars I use kinder chocolate bars in the ice-cream and I use kinder bueno bars on the top for decoration. The more kinder the better right!?
-
Brownie chunks Use shop bought brownies, leftover brownies, or bake a fresh batch!
-
Decoration Hazelnut Cream swirl, Kinder Chocolate, chopped brownies and chopped hazelnuts!
Directions
Add double cream, condensed milk and kinder spread into a mixing bowl and whisk until a thick like mousse texture is formed.
Stir in chopped Kinder bars and brownie chunks.
Pour half of the ice-cream mixture into a freezer-safe container and add some hazelnut spread, chopped hazelnuts, kinder chocolate and brownie chunks!
Add the rest of the ice-cream mixture on top and top with more kinder chunks, brownie pieces and chopped hazelnuts!
Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until scoop-able.
