Ingredients

A Banana

15g Pistachio Cream

½ tsp baking powder

A pinch of salt

50g rolled oats
-
20g white chocolate chips
Directions
Mash your banana.
Add Pistachio Cream, baking powder and salt then mix together.
Add your rolled oats and mix until combined
Stir in 20g of white chocolate chips
Spoon in to four rounds on a lined air fryer basket or baking tray
Air fry at 180c or oven bake at 180c fan/200c for 12-14 minutes
Drizzle with melted Pistachio Cream and serve. Enjoy!
