Whole coffee beans, 100% specialty robusta, grown in Uganda on Blue Turaco's own farm and by neighbouring smallholders. Roasted in the UK to a medium roast. Strong and smooth, with about double the caffeine of arabica.
Grind to suit your brewer. In a cafetière, use 15 to 20g of coffee to 250ml of water just off the boil and brew for 4 minutes. Also good in a moka pot or as espresso.
