Delivery
We ship UK orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days from dispatch. We may use other tracked services for larger orders.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Problems with delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us at crunch@blackmilkcereal.com with your order number and we'll sort it. If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours and include a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund.
