Fig jam from Oleificio Casale in Trinitapoli, Puglia. Selected fruit, sugar, pectin and a little lemon juice, slow cooked at controlled temperature to hold on to the colour and scent. No artificial flavours or preservatives. As good on a cheeseboard as on toast. 340g.
