Before running BLACK MILK, we curated events for some of the best clubs in the world on the island of Ibiza. It's fair to say we know how to deliver an unrivalled experience.
Minimum booking: ยฃ1,000. We only do fully pre-paid events.

For us, anything is possible given the time to organise and the budget. We can often do next-day events in Manchester. We can offer fully vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free menus.

Three ways to serve your guests
Each setup is designed for fast service without compromising the experience.
Freestanding Counter
Our simplest setup. Requires a power socket within 20m and access to running water. We can use your table or bring our own.
Ice Cream Trike
A visually stunning option for indoor or outdoor events. Requires ground floor access (or a large freight lift), a power socket within 20m, running water nearby, and on-site parking.
Vintage Citroรซn Van
The perfect option for outdoor events. Requires vehicle access for the Citroรซn, on-site parking for a trailer and 2 cars, power within 20m, and running water nearby.

We've taken over some of Manchester's most prestigious retail spaces, serving hundreds of guests with ice cream and shakes as part of in-store activations.
Barclaycard British Summer Time, Hyde Park
We've catered to thousands of festival-goers at some of the UK's biggest outdoor events, delivering speed and smiles in equal measure.
Topshop Northern Freshers Tour
6 cities, 2 weeks, 1,800 delighted guests. We visited Topshop's largest stores across the Midlands and North of England to drive footfall during Freshers Week โ 300 shakes served per city.
Office pop-ups & residential rewards
We love popping up in staff kitchens and communal spaces. Past clients include Social Chain, Boohoo, LadBible, Pretty Little Thing, WeWork, and West Tower Apartments.
