Ingredients
-
350g of Black Milk Pistachio Cream (1.5 Jars)
-
600g Milk Chocolate
-
1 Can of Condensed Milk (397g)
-
80g Cooked Kadayif Pastry
Directions
Firstly, grease and line a 9 x 9 inch tin with baking paper
Add your pistachio spread into a medium size bowl. Then melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. 3. Mix your Kadayif Pastry into the spread until fully combined..
Split your condensed milk evenly between 2 bowls. You should have roughly 198g in each bowl.
Break up 300g of milk chocolate and add it into a medium non stick pan.
Then pour in half of your condensed milk.
Cook the ingredients together on a low heat, stirring constantly with a spatula. Stop cooking when you have a thick and smooth mixture.
Take the mixture off the heat, pour the fudge into your tin and use a spoon to spread it around evenly. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Scoop your Dubai Chocolate filling on to the fudge. Then spread it evenly around the tray with a spoon or knife.
Add the remaining condensed milk and 300g of milk chocolate to the original saucepan. Repeat the previous steps until the mixture turns into fudge.
Pour the second batch of fudge over the Dubai chocolate layer, spreading it gently until it’s evenly dispersed.
Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature or in the fridge overnight before slicing it up into 16 pieces.

Extra Info: The Dubai Chocolate Sensation
The Dubai Chocolate isn't a traditional or ancient recipe, but rather a specific, modern, and wildly viral product that exploded in popularity in late 2023 and 2024.
Origin: It was created by a Dubai-based chocolatier named Fix Dessert Chocolatier (or "FIX Chocolatier").
The "History": The company was founded in 2021 by Sarah Hamouda, a British-Egyptian engineer, who reportedly had a pregnancy craving for a dessert that combined chocolate, pistachio, and kunafa.
Why It Went Viral: The bar became a massive hit on social media (especially TikTok) for its unique texture. Influencers and foodies were captivated by the "ASMR-worthy" crunch when they bit into it.
