Ground coffee made from 100% specialty robusta, grown in Uganda on Blue Turaco's own farm and by neighbouring smallholders. Roasted in the UK to a medium roast. Strong and smooth, with about double the caffeine of arabica.
Works well in a cafetière: 15 to 20g of coffee to 250ml of water just off the boil, brewed for 4 minutes. Also good in a moka pot or as espresso.
Every pack pays for two school meals in the Ugandan villages where the coffee is grown. 227g.
