  • As soon as we get you order, we'll begin packing your order during our working times 10am-5pm Monday - Friday.
  • We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
  • If you order before 1pm we can often ship same day, however this is not guaranteed

Winter Shipping Info

During the colder months, your products may be slightly affected by the cold or freezing weather. The following things may occur when your jars get cold

  • Slight separation from the jar as the spread chills and contracts
  • Solidifying of fats in to crystals

In both cases slightly warm your spread in the microwave WITHOUT THE METAL LID for about 20 seconds and stir.

Please note that neither of these occurrences are conditions for a refund or exchange.
