How many guests can the café take for an evening?
40 seated inside or 20 boardroom style. For 20 to 30 guests, a seated dinner or drinks reception both work well.
Can we have the whole café to ourselves?
Yes. Every hire is exclusive, so the café closes to the public for your evening.
Can we serve drinks?
Yes. We hold a full on and off licence from 9am to 12:30am, seven days a week, and can apply for a Temporary Event Notice if your event needs something different.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Yes. You can bring your own caterer, or we can supply desserts, tea and coffee.
Do you have staff for the evening?
Yes. Our trained team and an event manager can be on site, or you can run the evening yourselves.
Can we use a presentation or screen?
Yes. There is sufficient power on site for the equipment you bring, and free 5G WiFi. Send us your setup and we will confirm.
Can we host an evening in December?
Send us your preferred dates and we will confirm availability. Hire is possible on any day of the year.
How much does it cost?
Every evening is different, so we quote per booking. Tell us the date, the number of guests, the format and whether you want our staff, and we will come back with availability and a price.
How do we get there and park?
The café is at 88 Oldham Street in the Northern Quarter, a short walk from Piccadilly and Victoria stations. Unload beside the café on Houldsworth Street.
What time does the evening need to finish?
Events can run from 9am to 12:30am.
